What file formats do you accept for print jobs?

We accept PDF, JPG, PNG, AI, and EPS files. For best results, we recommend print-ready PDF files with all fonts outlined and images embedded.

What file specifications should I follow?

Use CMYK color mode, 300 DPI resolution, and include at least 1/8" bleed on all sides. Keep text and logos at least 1/4" from the trim line to avoid being cut off.

Why do printed colors sometimes look different from my screen?

Computer and phone screens display colors in RGB, while printers use CMYK inks. Because of this difference, colors may not match exactly. Calibrating your monitor and using CMYK color profiles helps reduce the variation.

Can I request a proof before printing?

Yes! We can provide a digital proof (PDF) for your approval before production. For certain jobs, we also offer hard copy proofs upon request.

Most standard jobs are ready in 2–4 business days. Rush orders and same-day printing are also available for select products. Larger or specialty orders may take a bit longer.
